Jupiter is the fastest spinning planet in the Solar System! Jupiter only takes 10 hours to spin and Earth takes 24 hours to spin. That means that a day on Jupiter is only 10 hours! In fact, Jupiter’s equator (halfway point) spins faster than the rest of the planet because the planet is made out of gas and dust, so it does not spin evenly.
