The Sun has a mass of over 330,000 times as Earth! The Sun is the heaviest object in the Solar System and the biggest object. It is mostly made out of hydrogen and helium and takes up 99.86% of the Solar System’s mass!! The Sun was formed from a soup of gas and dust that clumped together to form a giant star. Even though the Sun may seem big, there are other stars in the universe that can be 10 times larger than the Sun!!
