The Asteroid Belt is a large group of asteroids that orbit the Sun! The Asteroid Belt is located in between Mars and Jupiter. Asteroids are small and rocky objects that orbit around the Sun. They are smaller than planets, but are pretty big. Asteroids are left over from the formation of the Solar System! Asteroids that crashed into Earth in the early stages may have brought some of the elements for life to Earth! Some of the smallest asteroids are the size of dust and the biggest ones can be almost 100 miles long!!
