A piece of a flatworm that has been cut off can grow into an entirely new flatworm! Flatworms are able to regrow their limbs and pieces of their body and are able to create new flatworms through fragmentation. Fragmentation is when a piece of an organism grows into a whole new organism! That is what flatworms do.
